I was introduced to the birthing world after I had my first baby. I’ve had a baby in a hospital, birthing center, and at home, and I feel excited to help you learn about different birthing options and which one is best for you. I have found my true calling as a doula to help other women navigate their birthing and postpartum experience!

I was born and raised in California, moved to Texas for a bit, but Colorado is now my home. I am a mother of three and a former elementary school teacher, and now a midwifery student. During my first pregnancy, I fell in love with listening to birth stories and sharing information that may be helpful to friends and family. As a trained birth doula and experienced mother, I hope I can help you and your family through this special time!

Pregnancy, labor and delivery, postpartum, breastfeeding, and newborn sleep can be a challenge! I want to be there to help you through all of it by sharing evidence-based resources.
